The Glennie School is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Senior Boarding Supervisor to join our dedicated team from January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the wellbeing, growth and development of our boarders within a caring and values-driven community.
About the Role

The role involves a combination of morning, evening, and sleepover shifts, as part of a roster that ensures consistency of care and connection with our boarders.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines active supervision, pastoral mentoring, and administrative coordination. You will model the standards and values we wish to see in our students, fostering a culture of respect, kindness and responsibility. Your ability to connect authentically with young people, while also maintaining clear boundaries and expectations, will be key to your success.
